President Trump Quotes From A Nigerian Poem, Calls it Irish Proverb

President Donald Trump sparked web derision for himself on Thursday as he tried to impress visiting Irish Prime Minister Enda Kenny to the White House, with an Irish proverb.

But what he quoted was neither Irish nor even a proverb. “As we stand together with our Irish friends, I’m reminded of that proverb … And this is a good one. This is one I like, I’ve heard it for many many years, and I love it,” Trump said. “Always remember to forget the friends that proved untrue. But never forget to remember those who have stuck by you,” he quoted the proverb.

My Father Gives Me N500 Each Time He Sleeps With Me, 15-yr-Old Reveals


A 15-year-year-old girl, yesterday, narrated in tears how her 42-year-old father had been sleeping with her and her elder sister since their mother left them two years ago. She said her father gives her N500 each time he wants to sleep with her. Her father, I. D. Idowu, was arrested by policemen at Ketu Division after a concerned neighbour reported the act.
