The inspiring story of how 2 Syrian brothers who are refugees in the US are giving back to the community that has granted them refuge.
Brothers and Syrian refugees in the US, Yazan and Nabil Al-Salkini work at events assisting homeless members of the community. Yazan, 19, and Nabil, 14,told US news station KUOW they want to give back to the city they now call home.
They lived in Jordan for three years after fleeing Syria’s civil war with their family, and moved to Seattle two months ago.
This is an article in the UK Telegraph, a UK newspaper which I thought was worth sharing. In the article, the writer, Brendan O'Neil is griping about the way the UK society is being taken over by teens who are exhibiting increasingly anti-social behaviour in public, especially rudeness. I thought to share it here because I think it is a wake up call to what our society could become as we continue to embrace western culture so whole-heartedly without considering the need to sieve out the undesirable part of it. Also, I thought to ask the question; Teens of Naija are you as rude as the UKteens described in this article?

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A 17-year-old is now facing manslaughter charges in the shooting death of another teen in the afternoon on Saturday, December 5, 2015 in Argyle Forest.
Michael Saddler was arrested and charged with the death of 17-year-old Malik "Momo" Warthen late Saturday night.
